Trantech supplies custom manifolds that can be welded directly to a transformer tank or bolted to valves. Manifolds with valves can be used to replace rows of tubes that are welded onto a tank wall by welding the manifold over the existing stubs. Larger manifold assemblies typically bolt up to existing valves and pumps and can be designed as direct replacements, or to replace water coolers, traditional coolers and tube assemblies. Manifolds are 100% leak tested and powder coated for superior quality and corrosion protection, shipped direct to job sites or repair facilities ready for installation.
